2. Custom Orders & Sizing

  • Measurement Accuracy: For "Custom Your Order" items, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements. Aquarius SZ is not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

  • Handmade Nature: Many of our pieces are handmade. Minor variations in stitching, color, or texture are a part of the unique nature of the garment and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

  • Payments must be made in full before production begins on custom orders or before ready-to-wear items are shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred in their destination country. Aquarius SZ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Aquarius SZ are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made apparel, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or there was a verifiable error on our part.

  • Ready-to-Wear: 

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in original condition.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Aquarius SZ and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or sell any portion of our products or website content without express written permission.

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the user.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aquarius SZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.
