Return Policy

At Aquarius SZ, we want you to love your pieces. Because our collection includes both ready-to-wear items and personalized, custom-made creations, our return policies differ depending on what you have purchased.

1. Ready-to-Wear (Standard) Items

We offer a 14-day free return policy for all standard, non-customized items.

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Cost: We provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Custom-Made Orders

All sales are final for custom-made or personalized items. Because these pieces are handcrafted to your specific measurements and design preferences, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. * Sizing: We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided at the time of order. We highly recommend following our sizing guide or contacting us for assistance before submitting your "Custom Your Order" form.

Exceptions: If your custom item arrives damaged or there is a clear manufacturing error that deviates from your submitted request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review these on a case-by-case basis to offer a repair or replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

In addition to custom orders, the following cannot be returned:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
Gift cards.
Items damaged through normal wear and tear or improper care.

4. How to Start a Return (Standard Items Only)

To begin a return for a standard item:

Email us at aquarius.sz.225@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
If eligible, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
