What you may like to know
When will I get my order?
Please allow between 7-14 days for the pieces to be carefully created and shipped to you.
In special cases when you need your order faster, we have the ´´priority pass´´ , you can add it to your cart if it´s available in that week. We have only 1-2 available per week.
In urgent cases, you can write us on instagram or email and we will do our best to shipp the order to you as fast as we can.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
What are the pieces that can´t be returned?
Custom pieces that were created based on your measurements and your style can´t be returned.
Do you shipp worldwide?
Yes.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping price is calculated based on your region.
Hand washing only
1. Fill a basin with lukewarm water
Ideal temperature: 30–40°C (86–104°F). Avoid hot water.
2. Add a mild detergent
Use a gentle liquid detergent (baby or delicate fabric detergent). Avoid bleach or harsh softeners.
3. Gently submerge the item and soak for 10–15 minutes
Do not scrub or wring. Lightly swish it around in the water.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean, cool or lukewarm water
Make sure all detergent is removed.
5. Press out excess water without twisting
Lay the item between two towels and press gently to absorb moisture.
6. Lay flat to dry
Reshape if needed and dry on a clean, dry towel away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
Machine Washing (if necesary)
Use a delicate or wool cycle with cold or lukewarm water (max 30°C)
Place the item in a mesh laundry bag
Avoid strong spinning
Always lay flat to dry, never hang
Sizes
Size chart is placed in every product´s description if necesarry. Size may vary 1-2 cm, especially for bags, because every T-Shirt yarn ball is unique. It is recycled and there are no 2 balls of T-Shirt yarn the same.
