when will I get my order?

Please allow 7–14 business days for pieces marked “Handmade to Order” in the product description, as each item is carefully crafted individually.

Pieces without the “Handmade to Order” mention are part of our limited in-stock drops, created in small quantities and shipped within 2–4 business days

Need your order sooner?

A limited number of “Priority Pass” spots are released weekly for faster processing and shipping. Handmade-to-order pieces purchased with Priority Pass are crafted within 1–3 business days from the moment the order is placed.

what is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

What are the pieces that can´t be returned?

Custom pieces that were created based on your measurements and your style can´t be returned.
Do you shipp worldwide?

Yes.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping price is calculated based on your region.

1. Fill a basin with lukewarm water
Ideal temperature: 30–40°C (86–104°F). Avoid hot water.

2. Add a mild detergent
Use a gentle liquid detergent (baby or delicate fabric detergent). Avoid bleach or harsh softeners.

3. Gently submerge the item and soak for 10–15 minutes
Do not scrub or wring. Lightly swish it around in the water.

4. Rinse thoroughly with clean, cool or lukewarm water
Make sure all detergent is removed.

5. Press out excess water without twisting
Lay the item between two towels and press gently to absorb moisture.

6. Lay flat to dry
Reshape if needed and dry on a clean, dry towel away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

Use a delicate or wool cycle with cold or lukewarm water (max 30°C)

Place the item in a mesh laundry bag


Avoid strong spinning


Always lay flat to dry, never hang

Size chart is placed in every product´s description if necesarry. Size may vary 1-2 cm, especially for bags, because every T-Shirt yarn ball is unique. It is recycled and there are no 2 balls of T-Shirt yarn the same.
